About Us

Emnet Property Management was founded in 2024 by Nebiyou Elias Meshesha in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

With over 17 years of experience in real estate and property management in Texas, USA, Nebiyou has established a reputation for excellence. He has worked with renowned U.S. brokerages such as Keller Williams Realty, REMAX, and EXP Realty, and has successfully managed over 169 properties through his own brokerages, DFW Horns Property Management LLC and The NEBSTER Realty LLC.

Nebiyou's educational background includes a B.S. in International Business Marketing from San Francisco State University. He has also served as a business analyst and consultant for major U.S. consulting firms, specializing in ERP and CRM software implementations.

Fluent in English and French, Nebiyou brings a global perspective to his work. After relocating to Ethiopia in 2022, Nebiyou identified a need for a property management company that prioritizes exceptional service, cutting-edge technology, and transparency. As a seasoned real estate investor in both the U.S. and Ethiopia, he understands the complexities of property ownership and is committed to delivering unparalleled service to clients.
